Getting Comfortable with Inequalities and their Graphs

This activity was inspired by an Interactive Mathematics Program unit that I found on equations and their graphs. I found this unit interesting because I feel it is something I can use when I am a teacher. It presents the ideas in an interesting way that relates mathematics to the real world. The mathematics found in this unit is used in businesses to keep profits up and costs down.
The unit lessons are basically centered around a family, the Woos, who own a small bakery where they make cookies. They only make plain cookies and cookies with icing.
