When k is odd

When k is even

It seems as though when k is an even value, the number of pedals on our rose is 2k. So, n=2k for our "n-leaf rose." Let's test some different values of k to see if this is true.

 

 

Yes, we can see that when k is even, there are twice as many pedals on our rose.
