We will use a spreedsheet to graph a function.

Set up a spreedsheet with your x values in one column and your f(x) values in the other. Use the equation f(x) = 6x+5 to generate the values in the second column from the values of x in the first column.

Then select chart from the insert menu. From the list of chart select scatter. Then hit next to complete your chart.

You can investigate the slope, x-intercepts, and y-intercepts from the graph of the points.
