PHASE SHIFT
The phase shift is a movement of one complete cycle of the sine wave along the x axis. The phase shift moves the left and right endpoints of the sine curve along the x asix. If c > 0, then the movement of the sine wave is to the left. If c < 0, then the movement is to the right.
