What happens when the pedal point is the Centroid of the Triangle?


Since the centroid must remain inside of the triangle, it would be nice if the pedal triangle would also remain bounded by the triangle when the pedal point is the centroid. Does this happen?

Here is the pedal triangle when the original triangle is obutse.

When the original triangle is obtuse, the pedal triangle extends outside of the original triangle.
