The students want a ÔquickÕ method to factoring. There are several different methods
used but I am afraid that none of them is ÔquickÕ. They all seem to take practice and with practice comes
ÔquicknessÕ.
This site has introduced the use of Diamond Math. Of course there are other methods such
as using Algebra Tiles. This is a
use of manipulatives in the classroom and in some cases it works quite nicely.
