PROBLEM: October Primes...oops I mean the UNSOLVED Problem!!!

Ignore all periods, I again had to use them for formatting.

Find numbers to fill in the blanks below, and find digits for each of the
letters in the solution to:

such that the following numbers are prime:

Note: OCTOBER is the result of a 6-digit number being multiplied by a
2-digit number AND each of the partial products is a 6-digit number.

I really do not know where to go with this problem, so just give me a minute or two or a year or two...which ever comes first!!!:o)
