I am working on my Masters Degree in Math Education.
I received my Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1990. I was commissioned an Ensign in the U.S. Navy upon graduating from Vanderbilt. I served for 7.5 years before attending the University of Georgia.
I am married and have two children. We have lived in Key West, FL; San Diego, CA; Athens, GA; and Newport, RI while I was in the Navy.
I enjoy playing basketball, watching baseball, reading, bicycling, and playing with my children.
