Question 5 Answer

Use χ2 Test. Let α = 0.05. The hypotheses are: H0: p1 = p2 = p3 and Ha: the proportions are all not equal. The P–value = 1.5319637E–9 which is essentially 0. Since P–value ≤ α, we reject H0. This means there is a relationship between a voter's political affiliation and their preference for the candidates.
