Michael R. Akes

Michael Akes is a graduate student at the University of Geogia. I am currently pursuing my Specialist Degree in Mathematics Education. I hope to finish this degree in the summer of 1998.
I am currently teaching high school in Greensboro, Georgia.
I am married to Mollie M. Akes who is a counselor at the elementry school in Greensboro. We currently live in Greene County. We both enjoy riding horses and compete professionally in rodeos all over the United States.
I am origanally from Shreveport, Louisiana. I recieved my undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Mathematics Education. I received my masters degree from the University of Georgia.
