I was graduate student in mathematics education at the University of Georgia from 2005 to 2009. My dissertation was supervised by Jim Wilson and can be accessed here. Prior to my doctoral studies, I taught mathematics and coached swimming at Rocky River High School in Rocky River, Ohio for seven years and at Milkovich Middle School in Maple Heights Ohio for one year. I earned a BA in mathematics and statistics (1995) and a MAT in secondary education (1997) from Miami University.
