• Title
• Team Members
• Materials
• Procedure
• Data Set
• Scatter Plot
• Analysis of Data
  (patterns, formulas, realistic domain & range, strength of correlation, justification for algebraic model, etc.)
• Conclusions & Extensions/Predictions

*Remember to write in complete sentences, to label all charts and graphs, to define all variables, and to be curious and creative with your investigations.
