The Daughter's Lawyer
It is obvious that the father intended for the daughter to have one-third
of the estate. Therefore the daughter should be allowed to receive her
one-third from the entire estate. The remaining two-thirds can then be
divided such that the son recieves two-thirds and the mother recieves one-third.
This means that the daughter gets three-nineths, the mother gets two-nineths,
and the brother gets four-nineths.
