Statement about
Chad Crumley
I am a student at The University of Georgia. I am
currently working on the Ed. S. in Math Education. I possibly will be
continuing doctoral studies in the future. I graduated from UGA in 2000 with a
B. S. in Mathematics and graduated from North Georgia
College & State University in 2003 with a M. Ed. in Math
Education. I have been teaching for eight years: Meadowcreek
High School in Gwinnett
County for one year, Chestatee Middle School
in Hall County
for one year, and Lumpkin County High School
for four years, Chestatee High School in Hall
County for one year, and Gainesville High School for one year. Phew! Currently,
I oversee the instruction of mathematics at Gainesville Middle and Gainesville
High, as math instructional coach. I
am married to Lorissa, who teaches FACS at Lumpkin County
High School. We have two boston terriers: Bartholomew (male) and Memphis (female). Both of them are spoiled
rotten! Both of us are Disney fans
and travel to Walt Disney World at least 4 times a year. We dream about retiring one day and
working for Disney. I would love to
drive the Monorail, and Lorissa wants to sing with the Voices of Liberty.
Some professional stuff about me:
I have gifted and leadership endorsements and I am
National Board certified.
