Biographical Statement
for
Gayle Gilbert
In 2006, I graduated from the
University of Georgia with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Spanish. After graduating, I married my high
school sweetheart, Russell, and started working for Wachovia Insurance Services
in Savannah, Georgia. However,
that job was not fulfilling, so I decided to become an educator. Now, I am pursuing my M.Ed. in
Mathematics Education at the UGA.
I am also doing an internship with a local high school, Clarke Central,
where I co-teach Geometry and Algebra I.
