About Me

     My name is James Schaffer. I am a fifth year student at The University of Georgia. I spent my first two years of college at Kennesaw State University, and transferred to UGA in the fall of 2010. I grew up in Lilburn, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, and graduated from Brookwood High School in Gwinnett County.  I am currently working towards my Bachelor's Degree in mathematics education and plan on graduating in May 2013.

I am currently engaged and will be getting married in July 2013! I love Jesus, I love my family, and I love to play music. I began by playing viola and was classically trained for about seven years. I eventually picked up bass guitar. This is now my primary instrument, though I occasionally play guitar just for fun.
