I am currently a student in the PhD program in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Georgia. I have taught MATH 1113 Precalculus and MATH 2200L Calculus Lab for the department. I received my BS in Mathematics at Illinois College in 2000 and my MA in Mathematics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2004. In my spare time I enjoy not thinking about math by being creative in the domesic arts. Particularly, I enjoy sewing (including quilting, fashion, and printed cross stitch), cooking, and gardening. My husband, Daren, is currently studying to become a Presbyterian minister at Columbia Theological Seminary. Together we enjoy traveling and wine tasting. My family (the Davitos) is very important to me including my parents, three siblings, two (soon to be three) in-laws, my mother and father-in-law, my nephew, my 9 aunts and uncles, and 23 cousins (on my mother's side), and last but not least my grandparents John and Lena Davito.
