We began by drawing the design on the computer then looking at diffferent variations of the design in color. Where we placed the color variations had an impact on how the squares, triangles, and diamonds looked without changing the design.

David is attending Clemson University so we decided to add the tiger paw. Included in the scrolls are the different awards he received upon his graduation form high school. The finished quilt has different pictures of David at prom, graduation, and other special moments in his life. These pictures are placed in the white squares. Blue and orange are Clemsons colors while purple and gold are his high school colors.
