I grew up in Buford, GA. I graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 1994 with my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. I am currently 3 classes away from completeing my Master's Degree in Mathematics Education.
I am curently teaching Applied Problem Solving, Algebra I, and Euclidean Geometry at West Hall High School. I have been at West Hall for four years. I was the cheerleading coach for three years and left that to pursue a higher education.
Recently my husband, Dawson, and I had an addition to our family which previously consisted of Flash, our dog. Briana Angelica Burrell was born on May 16th at 11:13 pm. She is the sunshine of my life. It is because of her I am pushing myself to finish this degree. The four of us reside in Buford, which is about an hour from Athens.
