While working as a researcher at USAARL, I started another Master's Degree
in Mathematics Education at Troy State Unviersity at Dothan. The people
at Troy State were great. I learned more about education and how to relate
mathematics to people who think they are "bad math students."
I also had the opportunity to teach undergraduate mathematics courses at
the Troy campus. I graduated from Troy State with a Master's Degree in Mathematics
Education in 1996. I also received the Dean's Award for the top graduate
student in my class.
