The students will need a ruler and a tri-square to do this step. The students should draw every part that was needed. The parts should be drawn to scale, in two dimensional drawings, with right angles in the corners. The purpose of this is to have the students realize how much material they will need to build their own planter and involve them in using mathematical skills.
