The Son's Lawyer
It was the obvious intention of the man to bequest to his son two-thirds
of his estate. The son should get his two-thirds of the estate first.
The mother can then get two-thirds of what remains and the daughter can
get one-third of what remains. This means that the son receives six-nineths
of the estate, the mother receives two-nineths of the estate, and the daughter
receives one-nineth of the estate.
