Notice that for any internal point in the square where segments meet, unless
two of the segments lie on the same line, then there will be at least five
segments going out from that point.
If two segment are on the same line there will be at least four segments
going out from that point. This leads to overlapping pentagonal patterns
embedded in general solutions.
