Construct a triangle labeled ABC
Then construct the perpendicular bisector
of segment BC. This is done by locating the midpoint of segment
BC, we'll call it A'; then constructing a line perpendicular to
segment BC through A'
Now construct the perpendicular bisectors
of segment AB and segment AC
The point where all three perpendicular
bisectors intersect (which can be outside of the triangle) is
known as the circumcenter...labeled as point C
