• Please give a brief description of your professional career.
• What areas or topics do you feel that the Specialist Program at Brenau has focused on so far?
• Why are you working towards your Specialist's Degree?
• What types of technology do you have current access to (internet, mathematics software, calculators, Microsoft office, etc.)? and what technology have you had experience working with?
• Select two topics (try to be specific) in middle school mathematics that you feel students have a difficult time learning? Why do you think this is the case?
• NCTM and other reform oriented groups talk about "professional growth" for teachers. How would you define professional growth?
• If you had the time, resources, funding, etc' think of two question, ideas or topics that you would like to research in your own classroom, school, system, etc?
• Have you published any articles or done any presentations pertaining to mathematics education? Would you like to? Any idea in what area?
