THE SCENE: A court room in Clarke County

THE PARTICIPANTS: Barney W. Fife ----------as the deputy that wrote the ticket.

Sylvester Yo Stallone---as the defendant.

Clint Westwood---------as Judge Roy Bean

You-----------------------as Kal Q. Lus, the prosecutor

DIALOGUE.....

Bailiff: Hear ye, hear ye. All persons having business before the honorable Judge Roy Bean, step forward and be heard. First case, the people vs Sylvester Yo Stallone.

Barn: Your honor, this man did on May 21, 1996 travel at a speed in excess of the posted legal limit of 55 mph.

Judge: Present the evidence.

Barn: Your honor, we have no radar evidence; however, the accused did state to me that he had traveled 96 miles in a mere 1 hour and 36 minutes. I wrote a ticket for traveling at an unsafe speed in a safe zone.

Judge (turning to Sylv.): Son, would you like to make a statement?

Sylvester: Yo, your honor. The deputy has no hard evidence. He has a personal vendetta against me because I have been dating a beautiful Spanish girl he likes, Juanita Down Tothedina. His record of my speed is a mere guess at best. I did make the statement he alleges; however, I never exceeded 55 mph.

Kal: Your honor, If I may.

Judge: Go ahead, make my day.

Kal: Your honor, if it please the court, I will present solid evidence that not only did Mr. Stallone travel at an unsafe speed, but that speed was at some point 60 mph.
