Lesson Plan:
Day 4:
Warm-up Activity:
From the worksheet in Fathom Files get the students to do the
"Un-simulating Rectangles" section. Graph paper is needed for numbers 5
and 6.
Discussion:
Go over the activity worksheet for Fathom (Fathom
Worksheet). Stress the
importance of sketching the graphs and answer the questions in order.
Exercise:
Do the Fathom worksheet. May work best by doing the activity along with
the students.
Wrap-up:
As a "ticket out the door" they should complete the Boundaries
section of the activity individually.
