Proof:
By construction, segments AB and DG are parallel. Therefore, angles GA'F and BIF are congruent because they are corresponding angles. Also, angles A'FG and IFB are congruent because they are the same angle. Thus, triangles GA'F and BIF are similar by angle-angle similarity.
