1) As you decrease the size of the smaller circle, the ellipse of the locus of the center of the tangent circle becomes smaller in width and length.
2) As you increase the size of the larger circle, the ellipse increases in width and length.
3) As the sizes of the circles get closer, the ellipse decreases in width and length.
